Development layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this recent image release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
